The property

A cosy barn conversion situated on a large farmyard within a small cluster of residential homes, surrounded by undulating countryside with views from the garden across to the Llanllwni Mountain.

The quaint, compact interior is ideal for a couple or friends to retreat to of an evening after exploring the local area and offers flexible accommodation.

A perfect base to head off into the diverse countryside with Brechfa Forest and Llanllwni Mountains being virtually on the doorstep, perfect for cycling and walking.

The open plan living area provides a large sofa where you can relax in front of the TV and a compact kitchen with breakfast bar dining area.

The shower room is adjacent to the cosy bedroom.

There is a small enclosed garden with pizza oven, where you can try your hand at dinner and sit and enjoy a cool drink as the evening sun sets and watch the comedy antics of the resident cats.

The local town of Llandysul is 6.5 miles away where you can take a walk along the river, give canoeing a go or grab a bite to eat in a local café.

You are perfectly situated to explore the local countryside or head off to one of the nearby National Trust properties, such as the Dolaucothi Goldmines, Llanerchaeron or Dinefwr, all less than 45 minutes drive.

Spend the day walking the striking coastal path of West Wales with fantastic beaches, craggy coves and quaint harbour side towns, such as Aberaeron and New Quay both within a 30 minute drive.

Llandysul is a vibrant market town with a selection of shops, tea rooms and pubs, and even its own canoeing club and national cycle route 82. Visit nearby New Quay or one of the numerous beaches on the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire coastline. Boat trips to spot dolphins, whitewater rafting or a trip on a steam railway may appeal, or how about a day out to explore all the historic castles, mills and formal gardens? A wonderful base for touring this delightful area of Wales.
