  • "It was a special and unique gathering for us all coming from across all parts of the UK and overseas too."

First off I'd say is so many comments were made to the amazing drive into Wales. For about an hour it was beautiful views all around. So much so a few people went back out for a drive the next day to get more sights in. I think the pictures sometimes don't do the property justice as the building inside just carries on forever! The main living room has plenty of things to do in there, including a poker table room which was an excellent surprise and meant we didn't have to play our own poker set we brought with us. Shuffleboard is a superb game and the Pool and Fussball tables were a great addition. Projector was on most of the weekend for some to watch the sport and also to watch a film. Kitchen has plentiful space and didn't expect the open fire in-between that and the dining room, although it was that warm for November we didn't need to use it! I think the description would help on here to mention that everything is extremely close to the property which has its pros and cons. Pro because you can literally pop out and enjoy the shops and beautiful village (easily bought out the butcher's whilst we were there!). Con because I think we were extremely conscious about making too much noise, especially as its really in the centre of a village and you are surrounded by homes not too far away, although it should be said we never had a problem with anything whilst being there. The owner has fantastic dialogue and warmly welcomed us there via a few conversations ahead of our trip. Parking is something you just need to be aware is not at the site if you have a lot of cars but its only a 2-3 minute walk to them. They also give a bunch of passes included which is also something to help ease the mind. Extra cars can pay via an app for the whole trip which was only about £20 per extra car. All in all, a beautiful place to visit and a deceptively large house inside with great engaging rooms to catch up with your party.

Thank you for the exceptional feedback Lee, thrilled to hear you had the best time with us. I'm glad you enjoyed all the facilities that we had to offer, please do visit us again, Mark Property Owner
