The property

Sitting on the outskirts of Llanidloes, in a peaceful and tranquil part of Wales, is this charming detached property, Osprey Lodge.

Benefitting from tremendous views across the Llanidloes Valley, this property is well-suited to two couples looking to explore this beautiful natural landscape.

Be welcomed into an open-plan living space, with a bright and airy atmosphere making this a homely base to unwind.

A pristine white fitted kitchen catches your eye the moment you step through the door and has all the necessary appliances needed for some home-cooking.

There is a dining area with seating for up to six people, a wonderful social space for the whole family to dine together.

Lounge on the plush sofa or leather armchairs in front of the TV, and on a warm summer's day, throw open the French doors to allow in a cool breeze.

Choose from two king-size bedrooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, and each presented with a selection of furniture for storing your personal belongings, and a bathroom, where you can retreat to a warming bath for a relaxing soak with a well-deserved glass of wine.

In the summer, take a snack or a refreshing drink out to the enclosed decking area and simply let the astounding views across the valley soak in; here, you can also enjoy a relaxing dip in the outdoor hot tub and stargaze.

Due to your rural location, there are a number of trails for walking and hiking with your four-legged companion by your side.

Situated just outside of the quaint market town of Llanidloes, there are a number of traditional Welsh eateries where you can sample some local delicacies.

Further afield is Newtown which has a lot of nature reserves and a canal running straight through the town.

One of the oldest routes in Wales is the Kerry Ridgeway, hugely popular for walking, cycling and horse riding.
