The village of Felinfach sits in the county of Caradigan, 6 miles northwest from the town of Lampeter. Within the village there is a traditional pub, the Vale of Aeron Inn, which serves a traditional menu and selection of ales, while there is also a small supermarket selling the essentials. The surrounding country is boldly varied, and the scenery is in some parts picturesque, providing a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities. For day out, visit the market town of Lampeter, home to a busy commercial centre with a number of independent shops specialising in home furnishings, books, records and art and craft, as well as a regular farmers market and quaint cafes serving home-made cakes. Further afield is the wonderful coast of Cardigan Bay where visitors can spend an afternoon on the beach and spot dolphins in the distance.
