“The listing of this cottage does not say that it is on a holiday caravan park.”

Had I known this I wouldn't have booked it. That said, it is a nice cottage which was very clean (apart from a few dishes and glasses at the back of the cupboard). The lack of parking for visitors was a problem and would have been helpful to know in advance - i chose this location so I could meet up with friends/family. Due to covid there were no leaflets or maps. Had I known this in advance, I could have researched/bought my own guides and maps. I think Sykes could have done more to provide more detailed information in advance of the stay. A couple of things which could have improved my stay at the cottage: - free wifi for multiple devices. I spent £6 on additional data for my phone - more than 3 forks and 2 mugs! Just to let you know that one of the wine glasses and the bottom drawer in the bedroom was broken when I arrived.

Thank you for your feedback, we have updated the listing for the location. We will ask the cleaners to take extra care on checking glasses and dishes at the back of cupboard. Parking is for one vehicle only as in the description. Leaflets and maps have been removed for your protection as previously advised. Sykes provide details how to prepare for your holiday and what changes may be expected. WiFi is free for one device and any additional data will need to paid for. Kind regards - Sykes owner relations
