Step down into the sitting room, also offering colour in its charming seating arrangement, here you can sit in front of the Smart TV and indulge in a truly tranquil evening with your loved ones amidst, with the sofa bed being of wonderful convenience for any additional guests!

Make your way up the staircase to find the two delightful bedrooms, made up of a double room boasting a Juliet balcony, this room makes the perfect spot for all the family to gather in the mornings with the fresh countryside breeze flowing through the room, as you create a plan of action for the day.

The second bedroom consists of a lovely single room, perfect for the little one of the group, while both bedrooms benefit from the beautiful shower room to freshen up in each morning.

Lake Vyrnwy 8 miles; Bala 18 miles.

This pleasant village lies in the beautiful Tanat Valley at the foot of the Berwyn Mountains, only 4 miles from one of the Seven Wonders of Wales - the magnificent Pistyll Rhaeadr (240 ft high waterfall). Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant was the location for the successful film, The Englishman Who Went Up A Hill But Came Down A Mountain, and more recently the film Nativity 2 starring David Tennant. The village boasts two general stores, a newsagents, a Post Office, a butchers, two pubs, one hotel, one cafe and a fish and chip shop. It is surrounded by lovely countryside, providing walking trails for all abilities including Berwyn Ridge Walk and a trail to the summit of the waterfall.
