  • "Lovely property, well set out with everything you need for a comfortable stay."

Bob was extremely helpful and approachable. Would definitely book again.

  • "Great property, spotless, comfortable, well-maintained and generally excellent facilities."

The terrace is perfect for sitting outside with a large glass of something or other, watching the cormorants flying back to Bird Rock as the sun sets! Tina is super, and looked after us very well indeed. The cottage is very well situated to explore this very beautiful part of Wales. Only very slight reservations- firstly it would help to have instructions for the cooker, as we weren’t familiar with induction hobs. Secondly, the garden is not completely dog-proof: my nosy terrier escaped several times, including on to the lane (which fortunately has little traffic). I advise bringing some sort of tether if your dog is an explorer!

  • "We really got the wow factor when we arrived."

The description didn't do it justice. Beautifully designed and furnished with lovely attention to detail. The picture window upstairs is fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and cosy with lovely bedding. The bathroom was gorgeous. The location is so peaceful and quiet and the patio very private although the garden is shared with the other cottage. The laundry room is communal. The owner was lovely and big thanks must go to Tina who was a star. Her local knowledge really helped us get so much more out of our stay.

To allow dogs into something so lovely has been wonderful. We all had a fantastic holiday, and will return.

  • "This holiday cottage was lovely and very peaceful with plenty of room and up to date, good quality furniture."

The bathroom was quite large so it would be very helpful if a small table could be put in there as there was nowhere apart from the sink and a small glass shelf above it to put anything which was very awkward.

Nice base for exploring that part of Wales, which is beautiful. The place is lovely, quite spacious, with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. The dogs loved the outside space which also has fantastic views. No complaints, thank you.

A real home from home, that has really been thought about, with the guests in mind. Really friendly and nothing was to much trouble for Tina and Bob and thank you to the both of you for making our stay perfect.

  • "The property was perfect for us, as a family of 2 people and two dogs, we had everything we needed!"

The views were incredible. My favourite memory from this trip is sitting on the patio every morning with a coffee and just looking at the view and enjoying the complete peace and quiet. Ideal location with Tywyn being a 10 minute drive away, access to the property was very simple and we appreciated the fact that the dogs were safe to roam around the garden without worrying that they may get out. Everything was up to scratch, apart from the rug in the living room but this feedback has been given directly to the owner of the property. I have already spoken to my partner about returning next year! I have recommended this property to 4 people who I think would love to stay here. Thank you for having us!

Very well equipped. The biggest draw back was the very poor mattress, it was very cheap, you could feel the springs. It was an uncomfortable nights sleep.
