As you step inside past the feature exposed brick wall you will be greeted by a snug sitting room, with part of the room being two steps up, this makes a marvellously sociable area, as well as offering you the opportunity to escape from the excitement to your own homely corner.

The ground-floor also benefits from a charming double bedroom, with its own en-suite shower room and balcony overlooking the gardens, this room is a true delight.

Walking down the stone spiral staircase to lower-ground-floor will bring you to the dining room, hosting ample seating for all the group with the adjacent kitchen, this room is sure to care for all of your self-catering needs.

The sleek white kitchen is a spacious spot, with plenty of room for the chef of the group to get some assistance from little helpers while the rest of the party assist with a glass of wine in hand at the table.

Further along from the kitchen is a snug area, where you can retreat with your partner for some quality time, as well as doubling up as a great hideaway for the little ones to watch all of their favourite films.

You will also find a further resting spot on the lower-ground-floor, hosting a double room with a woodburning stove, this room is perfect for chilly winter evenings, as well as being opposite its own gleaming bathroom.

Heading back up the stairs and to the first-floor brings you to two more bedrooms compromising of two doubles and serviced by another bathroom, this area is perfect for a family to stay close together while catching up on their rest.

The final room is positioned on the second-floor; a glorious king-size with sloping eaves and skylights, this room definitely offers the best views in the dwelling.

The charming market town of Knighton nestles amidst lovely countryside on the banks of the River Teme, which straddles the English/Welsh border. This is a renowned location for walking, riding and cycling with Offa's Dyke actually passing through the town, which hosts the Offa's Dyke Information Centre. Owain Glyndwr's Way also runs through the heart of the town and Radnor Forest and the 84 mile long Radnor Ring Cycling Route are also both close by. Visit magnificent Powis Castle with its celebrated gardens, the breathtaking reservoirs of the Elan Valley and the lovely towns of Presteigne, Leominster and medieval Ludlow, with its famous 13th century castle, ancient buildings and wonderful restaurants. Hay-on-Wye, the Town of Books, with its famous annual literary festival, along with the Victorian Spa town of Llandrindod Wells are within easy driving distance. A wonderful location for exploring beautiful mid Wales, Shropshire and Herefordshire.
