  • “The house is amazing, the village is lovely with friendly people that are happy to chat and excellent walks straight from the front door and nearby on the coast.”

The property

In the south-west corner of Wales, this stylish detached property sits in the village of Llandysul, surrounded by beautiful countryside and boasting excellent contemporary accommodation.

Parc Y Bedw would be suitable for a large family or a group of friends, especially those who love the outdoors and enjoying the fresh air, as there are endless landscapes to be explored.

Park up to five cars off-road at the front of the property, and head in through the gate and the front door, before turning right into the main sitting room, where numerous leather sofas wait for you to relax, with a TV on the wall for your entertainment, this room is spacious and bright, a delightful place to wind down.

Move into the open-plan living area, where you can benefit from a second sitting area which has a more stylish take with red sofas in a U-shape, contrasting brilliantly against the rest of the muted colour scheme.

Celebrate an occasion with a family meal around the large dining table after using the kitchen's high-quality Neff appliances and two electric slide and hide ovens to create a bountiful banquet.

This room has natural light flooding in from all sides from the windows and patio doors looking out to the spacious enclosed garden, including outdoor seating so you can relax in the sun while the kids have a run around on the lawn.

One of the bedrooms lies on the ground floor, a king-size room which enjoys an en-suite bathroom including a corner bath, for those long relaxing soaks and a walk-in shower, for a speedy refresher.

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, all complete with en-suite shower rooms, including a family room, another king-size and a double, with the latter two each delighting in a walk-in wardrobe as well.

Step out of this gorgeous property, whether on a crisp winter morning or a warm summer day, and set about exploring; take a walk in Coed Y Foel a woodland forest just north of Llandysul, with many marked footpaths to choose from you can enjoy a stroll amidst the trees.

The River Teifi is also a great place to trek along, or why not hire or bring your bikes and take the views in from two wheels stopping at neighbouring villages and pubs along the way for a treat.

Within easy driving distance you can reach the coast as well as the county town of Cardigan, where you can find the 12th century Cardigan Castle and St Dogmaels Abbey for some local history.

Parc Y Bedw is a great place to enjoy south Wales with all of your loved ones.
