Booked a last minute mid week break in Harlech and stayed in Tyn Llwyn. The house if tastefully decorated throughout and the location, if you are after some quiet relaxation time, is ideal. No internet = bliss! The rooms were all clean as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need for a week long stay and the fact it has dishwasher and washing machine makes life just that little bit easier. We had 2 minor issues when we first arrived (cot sheet & high chair) but a quick phone call and this was resolved almost immediately. The location is ideal for walks, visiting the beach (5 mins drive) and we also called at Porthmadog for the Ffestiniog railway, Barmouth, Bala and Port Merion although we didnt go in as Port Merion dont allow dogs! Waking up to sheep grazing outside your door, and a morning stroll picking blackberries on the side of the road, just added to our stay. Sunsets in Harlech are amazing too. We've already recommended this cottage (house/conversion) to friends and will definitely be returning in the future. A real gem!
