The property

A beautiful converted chapel with fantastic countryside and sea views on the fringes of the seaside village of Dyffryn Ardudwy, on the West coast of the Snowdonia National Park.

Perfect for friends or a families, this sympathetically renovated chapel caters for modern day living, and every convenience has been thought of at this stunning property, with a contemporary kitchen, zoned underfloor heating throughout, en-suites and fantastic views, this amazing property will not disappoint you.

Arranged over three floors this converted chapel retains many wonderful features and is combined with an immaculate and stylish interior, and well thought out design which is dominated by a magnificent open-plan living area on the first floor allowing the family to interact and socialise.

The kitchen area is well-appointed and caters for all your needs, with the addition of a large island and the dining area, which has an extra large dining table and additional chairs enabling you to seat up to 12 people, is the perfect spot for everyone to get together and share stories of the days adventures, before retiring to catch up on a film on the TV or simply enjoy the sea views from the sitting area.

On the ground floor are three of the four bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and two of the bedrooms offer flexible sleeping with zip/link beds.

The fourth bedroom is a twin and located on the second floor, giving you a wonderful 'birds eye' view of the living space.

This bedroom is serviced by a family shower room located off the first floor living area.

Outside, just 20 yards from the chapel is parking for three cars and a garden area where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air and drinks on a warm summers evening.

Dyffryn Ardudwy is a lovely seaside village half way between Harlech and Barmouth on the western edge of Snowdonia.

The village has a butchers, post office and small grocery shop as well as a couple of cafés and two pubs serving food.

For days out, the beautiful surrounding coastline and the magnificent Snowdonia National Park is close by, with Harlech and its majestic 13th-century castle, now a World Heritage Site and the Royal St. David's links golf course is within easy reach.

Barmouth is only five miles away, with its quaint shops, quayside restaurants and Blue Flag beach making a great day out for everyone.

Snowdon itself is a 40-minute drive to the north and other activities within a short car journey include mountain biking, white water rafting and pony trekking.

There is something for everyone and this lovely property will ensure you have a wonderful holiday experience anytime of the year.

The pleasant village of Dyffryn Ardudwy quietly nestles between The Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains, and the stunning golden beaches of the North Wales coastline. The unusual positioning of this charming village results in it having its own mild climate, as well as offering good local shops and pubs. The surrounding area has an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards. The small town of Harlech is just 4 miles away, dominated by its majestic 13th century castle which is a World Heritage Site, and the most impressive of all the castles built in North Wales by Edward I. Popular with golfers due to its famous Royal St. David's course, Harlech also boasts an excellent variety of amenities including some good quality restaurants. Nearby Barmouth offers an amazing Panorama Walk with breathtaking views and also a harbour from which you can enjoy a ferry to Fairbourne for a ride on the miniature railway or a boat trip out to sea to try mackerel fishing. With the delights of Snowdonia National Park and beautiful Cardigan Bay to discover, this is a fantastic holiday location at any time of the year.
