The large first floor open plan living space has high apex beams, a warming woodburner for cosy winter nights, and a very well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.

There are doors leading out to a balcony, where dining, a quiet drink or a relaxing read will be enjoyed by all.

The three comfortable bedrooms sit on the ground floor, with one boasting an en-suite, and another offering access into the side garden.

Ffarmers is a village near Lampeter, in the north of Carmarthenshire, Wales. It was named after the old Farmers' Arms public house, which is now a private residence. The village has a pub serving food and a small park with a children’s play area. Situated in unspoilt countryside, this little Welsh village is a quiet retreat and yet very close to an array of different attractions. Take leisurely country walks or cycle rides or visit the local market towns of Llandeilo and Lampeter, which is one of the smallest University towns in Wales offering a wide selection of small unique shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. Drive out to the scenic coastline with its coastal path and superb sandy beaches or venture onto the water to spot some dolphins.
