Camnant Cottages

Llanbadarn-Fynydd 4 miles. A pair of tastefully converted, cosy, semi-detached barns in a cluster of three properties, nestled into the valley, surrounded by the owners' working livestock farm, on the edge of a Site of Special Scientific Interest near the village of Llaithddu in Powys. The cottages are a perfect retreat for families or friends looking to relax in lovely surroundings, enjoy the beautiful countryside and be close to local towns and popular villages. Both cottages are set over two floors and are warm and cosy with biomass heating, and each have three comfortable bedrooms. Outside, both cottages have off road parking spaces for four cars, and enclosed lawned gardens, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining and what better way to relax at the end of the day than in the warming waters of the hot tub. The cottages are surrounded by working farmland, including an SSSI which is rich in flora and fauna and is nestled in the undulating valley between Llandrindod and Newtown. You are ideally placed to explore the Radnorshire Hills, with a myriad of footpaths and cycle routes, and nearby Newtown, sitting on the River Severn, opens up opportunities for great days out as it is surrounded by nature reserves, castles and museums. Llandrindod Wells, 18 miles away, with its formal parks is perfect for a relaxing day out, or why not visit the pretty town of Rhayader, just 15 miles away, known as the gateway to the imposing Victorian Dams of the Elan Valley and the beautiful Cambrian Mountains?
