A modern, stylish lodge nestled into a wooded valley in the pretty hamlet of Gilfachreda, on a popular holiday park near to the beach and the popular seaside resort of New Quay.
An ideal retreat for friends and a small family as the lodge is surrounded by peaceful countryside, yet being close to sandy beaches and fabulous walking along the nearby coastal path.
Set over one floor, accessed via three external steps, there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a large walk-in wardrobe and an additional family shower room.
There is a modern and stylish open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, intimate dining area and luxurious sitting area, opening out on to the raised veranda.
Outside, you can relax on the veranda with a glass of something cool, take a wander through the parks woodland trail or perhaps sit and soak up the tranquillity of the babbling stream in the pretty valley.
The River Llethi meanders through the park out onto Cei Bach beach and at low tide you can wander around the cove to the pretty harbourside town of New Quay.
New Quay is a fabulous traditional seaside resort with a real buzz and fish and chips and ice cream parlours alongside more formal eateries.
The whole of Cardigan Bay sweeps in both directions and you are ideally placed to explore its wonderful coastline, peppered with intimate coves such as Cwmtydu, fabulous sandy beaches at Penbryn and pretty fishing villages such as Llangrannog, all within a 20 minute drive, through some fabulous scenery.
Why not take a trip to Aberaeron, meander around the shops and enjoy the famous honey ice cream?
Alternatively, maybe take a short trip to the National Trust's Llanerchaeron Estate, and step back in time on the fabulous traditional farm.
The area offers numerous outdoor activities such as dolphin and wildlife spotting boat trips in New Quay, fishing, popular cycling routes and a fabulous coast path that meanders along some fantastic and diverse coastline.
Slightly further afield, to the North you will find the Victorian beach resort of Aberystwyth, with popular high street chains as well as little boutiques, delis and cafes all nearby the sweeping beach with the Victorian promenade.
Why not take a trip on the funicular railway up to Constitution Hill and take in the view?
At nearby Aberystwyth is the stunning Devils Bridge Waterfalls, where you can catch the little steam train through the Rheidol Valley or take a trip to Nant yr Arian where the majestic red kites are fed daily, a breathtaking spectacle in beautiful Cambrian Mountain countryside.

The popular Welsh village of Llanarth is situated close to the Cardigan Bay coast, offering a welcoming pub and a shop, which although small, is very well stocked, and a farm shop/butcher selling local produce. Llanarth is located on the main A487 coast road, which opens up numerable options and places to visit. The popular beachside harbour town of New Quay is just 3 miles away, where you will find a traditional seaside feel and perhaps the chance to buy the day's catch. Lovely shops, tea rooms, ice cream parlours, fish and chip shops, dolphin watching and boat rides can all be enjoyed in New Quay.
