“Excellent short break, booked at ...”

Excellent short break, booked at the last minute. Cottage was quirky, views from the very large garden were spectacular. There are some metal steps up from the car parking area but it is worth the climb for the views. Also steps, stairs within the cottage but comfortable and well equipped. The views from the large window in the lounge are just as wonderful and you can also watch the horses being exercised in the horse menage. Owner was quick to reply by phone to a query we had about the shower. There is also plenty of comfortable outside seating/phone dining. Dogs very friendly but it is an idea to keep the gate of the cottage patio closed or they might move in! We had phone signal and broadband (slow as you would expect in this location). in the garden Our little dog was able to wander about in the garden and made friends with the resident dog. An outstanding place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of places to visit within
