Ann was a very welcoming and friendly host! The cottage was very spacious, no guests were stepping on each other’s toes. Waking up to the views every morning was amazing which brought alot of peace and tranquility to the guests. The hot tub really was a bonus!

  • "Lovely house with very large beautiful grounds and the most amazing views!"

Situated in a very quiet rural location which was the peace and quiet we all needed! Ann was very helpful and showed us how to work everything in the property when we first got there. The hot tub after climbing Snowdon was amazing too!

  • "We were met by Anne the owner on arrival who showed us how all the house equipment worked."

As our party consisted of 4 generations our requirements are quite explicit but the house suited us perfectly. The kitchen was probably the best equipped we have encountered in a holiday home and the garden perfect for the children. For the length of our stay we heard no other voices or saw other faces (except for shopping) The perfect holiday to recover from the covid madness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hosts where so attentive to our every needs. Views out of world. I intend to return at a later date. Jacuzzi was a bonus. Little extras on arrival such as cake etc was a real warming touch. Well equipped house. Highly recommended.

  • "Beautiful house in absolutely stunning location, spacious (we are a family of 7) and we loved the hot tub."

The owners were really helpful and friendly and we felt like nothing was too much trouble. the only criticism would be the wifi was a bit temperamental- but we are a big family so probably using it heavily and also the house is in a isolated location so probably to be expected. This didn’t impact our stay as so much else to do. Would definitely stay here again.

  • "Fabulous country property, we knew as soon as we saw the generous courtesy basket goodies that it would be a good week."

The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for escaping the strain of covid and a needed break before a long winter. The house is set in beautiful countryside with open views and nicely isolated but in easy reach of civilisation. The gardens are spacious and beautifully planted. The hot tub was a hit with everyone, especially the kids, with such a lovely backdrop. The broadband is painfully slow, even more reason to get away from the rate race! There's so much to see round about, the coastal drive to Barmouth is lovely, we even fitted in a climb of Snowdon, a first for my 7 year old grandson! A great week and just managed to fit it in before the Welsh lockdown. We'd love to come back!

  • "We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely house."

Our host Ann was very welcoming and friendly and presented us with an Anniversary gift which was a a very welcome surprise. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would possibly need. The garden is superb with spectacular views that are breath taking. The hot tub is a great addition and we spent most days relaxing in it and admiring the view! The conservatory is a nice relaxing space for reading and chilling. We had lovely autumnal weather most days. We would recommend a visit to dolgoch water falls which was a lovely walk away from traffic. The beach at Aberdovey is spectacular and we enjoyed a lovely lunch of fish and chips there. We would highly recommend this fantastic holiday cottage to everyone and we will definitely return in the future.

Phenomenal views, very clean, comfortable and cosy home. Ann was a wonderful host, very approachable and friendly. Short drive to Tywyn where there is a great beach and all seaside amenities. Awesome walks in all directions and very close to sites of historical importance, Castell y Berre being one. The hot tub was great to relax in also. We would certainly stay again.

  • "The cottage was lovely."

However we didn’t get any privacy due to the owner turning up every day it felt like we were constantly being watched not knowing when she was going to turn up this ruined the holiday for us as the main reason for renting a property is for privacy.

Thank you for staying at our cottage and providing feedback on your stay. We're happy you enjoyed the property. We are sorry to hear that you felt like you were being watched as this was not the case. Due to the garden needing care we water this twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. We provide our phone number should there be any issues. Property Owner
