The property

This immaculate, contemporary holiday home looks idyllically out to sea on the coast of West Wales, in the charming village of Llwyngwril.

Built superbly into the cliff and designed thoughtfully to enjoy the spectacular vista from every room, this three-storey retreat is ideal for groups of six looking to escape to this beautiful part of Wales.

Unusually, enter the property from street level onto the top floor, here you will find the spacious and gloriously bright kitchen/diner, lined with sumptuous units and enjoying wide-angle views of the sea below.

This floor also hosts a convenient utility and cloakroom, as well as a tasteful double bedroom, decorated with peace and comfort in mind while it also benefits from a lavish en-suite.

Head down one floor to find the further two bedrooms at Penybryn, furnished wonderfully and also offering glistening en-suites.

The lower ground floor at this first-class getaway offers a wonderfully spacious sitting room, enhanced tremendously by the light furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows displaying breath-taking views.

To relax at one amidst this sublime location, step out from here onto the decked balcony, hosting a range of comfortable and dining furniture, as well as a luxury hot tub so you can unwind fully in exquisite style.

Stroll along the stunning coastline to reach the centre of attractive Llwyngwril, where you will find a charming pub and a wealth of excellent walking opportunities.

As well as a coastline abounding in fantastic beaches and coves, you can explore the marvels of Snowdonia with great ease.
