    The house itself is fabulous not only with spectacular views over Royal St Davids golf course and the sea but it,s virtually next to the castle. Inside Bronwen terrace didn't disappoint truly a home from home. Large parties catered well for with nothing of short supply. The owners were promptly on hand with a couple of questions which made our experience at Bronwen terrace superb. Would definitely recommend. Harlech itself has a couple of shops, takeaways, restaurants and a friendly pub all of which due to the time of year had limited opening times but this didn't cause us any problems. Dogs were welcomed too.

The property

A fantastic Victorian terraced house is nestled on the seaward facing slopes on one of the oldest and steepest hills, known as Twtil in the centre of Harlech, with unrivalled panoramic vistas over the golf course and sand dunes to Tremadog Bay, across to the Llyn Peninsula and beyond.

One of eight properties that form this iconic row of Victorian houses, 3 Bronwen Terrace offers spacious family accommodation arranged over three floors with many of the rooms enjoying fantastic sea views.

Renovated to a good standard, with a fantastic oak finish used throughout.

A lovely sitting room with large bay window frames that magnificent view and is a great place to sit and relax, and once you’ve watched the sun set down into the sea, the open fire offers a warming glow and relaxing atmosphere.

The adjoining dining room is just perfect for a family get together and the kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of cupboards and space, with all the facilities you’d expect to have to cater for all your needs.

There are four bedrooms in total, two double bedrooms on the first floor including what would probably be described as the master bedroom with a sofa, king-size bed and wonderful sea views, and a further two bedrooms on the second floor, a king-size and a twin.

There are two designer bathrooms on each of the upper floors, one of which is rather lavish and has a double ended roll-top bath, separate double shower, marble flooring with underfloor heating and exposed stone walls, the other with a large shower cubicle and the best view of the house!

The area around this Harlech cottage offers many activities, with Harlech's magnificent sandy beach and the famous Royal St. David's Golf Club just down the hill, the CADW Medieval Castle just up the hill and the mountains of Snowdonia an easy drive away.

A lovely, central location, with stunning views makes this a fabulous place to return to after a day out and about, relax with family and friends all year round.

Situated in a magnificent position between the mountains and the sea, the delightful small town of Harlech is dominated by its majestic 13th century castle. Harlech Castle is recognised as the most impressive of all those built in North Wales by Edward I and has World Heritage status. The town is very popular with golfers, who come to enjoy the famous Royal St. Davids course, whilst the beautiful sandy beach is wonderful for family fun and long walks. Harlech offers an excellent variety of amenities including some good quality restaurants, whilst the whole of the Snowdonia National Park, together with the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay, are all within easy reach.
