  • "Firstly I would like to say thank you for the welcome gift pack from the owner."

The property was great just what we needed plenty of space for the family, property situated about a mile from the beach, with views of the castle, lovely place and great holiday.

  • "Seven of us aged 10 to 73 much enjoyed our week: comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, small courtyard fine for sitting and barbecues."

Location great, so close to beach, village and castle.

  • "The house fitted our group very well although the small kitchen prevented shared preparation of meals."

The nearby beach was fabulous and almost empty although I personally struggled with the sand dunes. Our main problem was the road noise. We, fortunately, had warm weather, so needed the windows open at night and were kept awake by the passing road traffic and train noise. Perhaps fans could be provided to keep the temperatures down and enable the windows to be closed at night. It proved impossible to book a restaurant for a group of our size any night of our stay which was disappointing. Perhaps you should advise people visiting in peak season, to book ahead of their stay to ensure a booking at their chosen venue.

  • "Lovely location and well proportioned property for number of people listed."

Quite near a main road however rear courtyard and view of the magnificent Harlech Castle makes up for it. Also short walk across Golf Course to the beach is brilliant if you catch a beautiful sunset like we did several evenings in a row.
