    “Really comfortable house, well equipped.”

Very quiet area would definitely recommend. There were treats left too as well as milk in fridge. Owners very generous. Thank you

The cottage

A wonderful mix of contemporary and quirky presentation this bright and airy holiday home is nestled within a quiet green leafy cul-de-sac, located on lower Harlech just a short walk away from the lovely sandy beach and well-known Royal St. David's Golf Club.

Beautifully appointed throughout, the owner has tastefully combined modern furnishings with some retro touches to provide an excellent base for couples and families to enjoy a coastal break in this popular town.

You enter the property on the ground floor where there is a lovely patio area complete with a small seating area, perfect to enjoy a morning coffee as you plan your day ahead.

On the ground floor are two of the three bedrooms a king-size double with a feature accent wall which reflects the coastal theme visible throughout this property, and a single bedroom also furnished to a high standard.

The contemporary shower room on the ground floor is well-appointed with good quality towels and mirror lights.

Also on this floor is a compact utility area that has a washer/dryer, ideal for washing through the holiday essentials.

A roped banister leads up the stairs past a driftwood piece of artwork into the social open plan living area.

The deep corner sofa is a fantastic place to relax after a day on the beach and the cleverly designed TV on a folding arm can be angled so that everyone can watch their favourite film together.

The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with oak worktops and under counter lighting and is very well equipped with everything required to rustle up a delicious meal.

The third bedroom is also on this floor, a single with a day bed.

This wonderful property is very well-located with a ten minute walk taking you to the glorious sandy beach or alternatively up into the town of Harlech.

Famous for its 13th century castle which is well worth a visit, Harlech is also home to shops and a good range of restaurants.

For golf lovers the links golf course of Royal St Davids is a must, and children and adults can enjoy the indoor swimming pool and climbing wall nearby.

When you’ve had enough of the beach, head inland and enjoy the myriad of footpaths and outdoor pursuits that the Snowdonia National Park has to offer.

This first-class property will be waiting for you on your return whatever you choose to do.
