The property

If you are visiting with keen cyclists venture to Coed Y Brenin forest where you will find the UK’s largest mountain bike trail.

Alternatively, head to the larger town of Barmouth or explore the Italianate style village of Portmeirion.

Tal-Y-Bont is a coastal village, resting to the North of the popular town of Barmouth and is situated within the Snowdonia National Park. Within the village you will find a pristine beach with a backdrop of sand dunes and caravan parks. It is a popular fishing resort as the waters within the area are stepped with various species and when the weather is right, it is also a good spot for surfing. This compact village benefits from the railway station, a casual dining restaurant, an Italian restaurant and a traditional pub. Within four miles you will find the resort town of Barmouth offering superb walking and cycling routes, as well as a number of outdoor activities to enjoy. Further afield, is the superb Coed y Brenin Forest Park and the enchanting village of Portmeirion. Tal-Y-Bont promises a wonderful base for touring this coastal location further.
