“The bungalow was spacious, clean and well equipped, with the following exceptions : all mattresses badly need replacing freezer not working fridge shelves were broken - fridge needs replacing double glazing has failed on some windows and needs replacing back door very difficult to lock and unlock blinds would have been good on the upstairs velux windows lock on bathroom door would have been nice, also hooks somewhere for towels Would have been nice to have the heating on before our arrival (at the end of October) as the bungalow was absolutely freezing, and took a good 24 hours to warm up.”
