“The Chapel was very nice but there is no way of cooling it in the heat and some fans would be handy when the weather is hot.”

Also there was not hoover provided which meant we could not clean the carpet.

Thank you for your feedback. So glad you liked the Chapel. Sorry you found the property rather hot. It is possible to open all the roof lights. In addition, there is a portable dehumidifier in the utility area, which can blow cold air, as can the fan heaters in the living area. There are 2 vacuum cleaners at the property. These are normally kept in the tall cupboard at the bottom of the stairs. They are usually available for guests to use, if required. Having investigated, it appears that the cleaner placed the equipment in the locked storage area. I am sorry for this. There is no expectation for guests to hoover. Your gesture to do so is appreciated. The contact details for any issues are clearly displayed in the property, as well as sent in the introductory email. However, the heat and vacuum issues were not advised during the stay. This is a shame, as they could have been resolved, had they been reported and we are always on hand to help Customers with any issues they may have. - Sykes owner relations
