  • "The cottage was ideal for us, all level and plenty of room, round the bed and in the shower room."

About the only drawback was the microwave was very high and as permanent wheelchair user, my husband had to do most things. I managed to do washing up and could put most of the crockery away.

  • "The property suited us very well…clean and comfortable."

The kitchen was well equipped and the garden was secure. The only thing I would mention is that the seating is a little bit on the low side for someone with mobility issues, although comfortable. We were offered a shower chair, which was really helpful as well as use of a mobility scooter (we brought our own, but the one offered looked a good sturdy model). We had breakfast a few times in the hotel, which was lovely. All the staff we met were friendly and really helpful. All in all we had a really nice break

  • "Your publicity regarding this site was very misleading, Ceilwart Bungalow does not exist and was pulled down over 10years ago and replaced by a six bedroom hotel and restaurant known as Barmouth Beach Club."

Within the grounds of the hotel we were offered a detached bungalow known as Snowdon Lodge in its own secure setting which you think is Ceilwart Bungalow as from your pictures in your publicity. We think you have under-sold this property, and we had a splendid holiday, much down to the owner Tony Olley who resides on site.We were offered breakfast and evening meals in his restaurant. Your publicity offers the wrong impression and should be amended.

Staff and owners are all lovely, the bungalow was comfortable and clean as well as dog friendly. We weren't to far from the beach and anything we needed was never to much trouble for the staff. Thankyou for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning for another visit!
