  • “Lovely property / area.”

Was just what we needed. Only few little niggles (front door lock seems to be on the way out and the upstairs shower fittings were a bit loose) but otherwise perfect. The kitchen was also full of flies most of the time which was a bit irritating but that’s just a function of being in the countryside / in a farm! We got some fly swats and made a sport out of it.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your valuable feedback. We are very glad you enjoyed your stay and we are sorry to hear there were a few niggles. We have checked the front door lock and confirmed that is in perfect condition, it appears the wrong key was used during your stay which is what may have resulted in the lock appearing not to function. In regards to the shower fittings, there is an detachable part of the shower which may have seemed as if the fittings were loose. I would like to reassure you that this is not the case. Thank you again for leaving your comments. We hope to see you soon! - Sykes owner relations

The pretty village of Abbeycwmhir is close by and is home to the Cistercian Abbey founded in 1176 and the Happy Union Inn, an old fashioned ale house.
