  • "This Cabin is absolutely beautiful, it has the most incredible views and the alpacas are an amazing addition to the experience."

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this holiday, you can tell every effort has been made to make them super dog friendly (that was important to us) previous places I have stayed I have had to lead my dogs to take them out to toilet, this cabin has its own individual gated secure back garden so they are free to roam which makes life so much easier. Allowing 3 dogs is also perfect as a U.K. holiday break for us is just as much for the dogs as me and my partner so we loved taking them all! The cabin has absolutely everything you could need, the beds are extremely comfy and the bathrooms have amazing rain showers. The hot tub is exactly what we needed too, we used it all the time. Steve was around every morning checking the hot tubs and do general upkeep of the grounds and he is so friendly. He told us the best beach’s and walks to go to near by and was always around if you needed anything. I already want to go back and take in the views and relax in the hot tub. Thank you for the best week to celebrate my partners 30th!

Having had to cut our break here in March 2029 short due to lockdown. In what has been been a strange and challenging time for most of us, our week spent here was a wonderful respite from the stresses and strains. A lovely, well equipped place to stay in just as lovely a part of the world. We did not meet with Eileen this time but Steve was always at hand with a cheery demeanour and lots of great suggestions for days out. We will definitely try and revisit this little gem of tranquility in the future.

  • "We really enjoyed our one week stay at the Deer Cabin."

Although the owner Steve was not able to greet us on arrival because of Covid the cabin was very welcoming and we saw him every morning when he came to check our lovely hot tub. He couldn't have been more helpful telling us where to visit locally and quickly sorting a couple of minor problems for us. Our 2 grandsons loved the open space for playing cricket and football etc. The 4 alpacas seemed to enjoy everyone's company and by the end of our week the 2 youngest were running up and down the fence with the boys. We loved the BBQ and inspite of not having the driest weather we managed to have two. I thoroughly recommend this property and mid Wales is stunningly beautiful.

.. Wow... This definitely exceeded our expectations. For a dog friendly cabin this is luxurious and very well looked after. The owners live on site so always there to help out or suggest days out... Very friendly!!! The cabin was very spacious with all your needed appliances. We loved all being on one floor as stairs can be a worry with a 2 year old. We loved waking up and watching the alpacas in the field whilst eating our breakfast. The rooms were well equipped with 3 bathrooms! The highlight of the week was the hot tub, we visited the cabin on a particularly windy and wet week... However this did not dampen out bubbly evening's!! We had a few days out to Aberdovey, Aberysthwyth, Corris craft centre, machinations and Barmouth. Thank you!!!

If you want complete relaxation with amazing view of the Welsh countryside then this is the place for you. The accomodation is spacious and well kept, we stayed in Deer cabin and the photographs really don't do this place justice, it's huge!! We travelled with two greyhounds and still had room in the bedroom to have 2 giant dog beds at the bottom of the bed. The log burner is fantastic on the cold evenings and relaxing in the hot tub after a day out is just wonderful. Eileen and Steve were fantastic hosts and made sure they were available if anything was required. The cabin was well equipped with board games, dvds, books, outdoor games and even individual hot tub towels. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and we were lucky enough to have a day of sunshine which we enjoyed with a barbecue in the fully enclosed garden (yes fully enclosed). If you have dogs you can let them roam free in the garden with no worries. It was a fantastic week and will definitely be returning in the near future. For us it ticked every box. If i was going to suggest anything it would be a roof over the hot tub so you can still enjoy in any weather. Overall 10 out of 10 for us and we didn't want to leave the place.

We stayed for 3 nights in Decemeber 2017 and were greeted with a bottle of prosecco on arrival. This started our weekend in the most perfect way! Throughout our stay we was practically snowed in. For us, we only saw this as a bonus! We didn't plan on an active trip but a quiet retreat and the snowy scenary was breathtaking. Steve made sure we was comfortable and settled due to the sever weather. Our hosts really went above and beyond! The cabin we stayed in exceeded both our expectations. Built and finished to a very standard. The size of the cabin is very decituful from the outside....inside they feel twice as big. Our cabin certainly had a home from home feel. The hot tub is the icing on the cake! We both highly recommended this trip to all of our friends & family. We wanted a quite and relaxing weekend away and this place was perfect. Anyone who is looking for a quite retreat or wants to go on nice breathtaking walks and observe the best scenery & wildlife Wales has to offer, then you won't be disappointed with Little Meadow Park. This property comes with an abundance of space inside and out, making it the prime location for a family holiday in the exemplary Welsh countryside.

Caban Ceirw's dark brown carpet and uncovered wooden-panelled walls throughout give it a certain rustic yet homely feel.

Heading towards the rear of the lodge presents to you three large bedrooms, with more than an adequate amount of room for friends and family.

When you're not out reveling in the breathtaking Mid-Wales countryside, the open plan living area serves as a great host for relaxing and top quality family time.

The modern open-plan area is combined well with the rustic nature of the lodge, allowing you to rest your feet in front of the woodburning stove whilst watching TV or making the most of the WiFi.

The iconic Welsh scenery is just metres away as it sits just beyond the large decking area through the double doors sat in the dining area.

Alongside the lodges, the River Twymyn runs through the valley, where you might be able to spot a resident otter or mink, and being right in the heart of the Mid Wales countryside, there will always be ample opportunities to observe the array of amazing wildlife, such as red kites, buzzards, rabbits and pheasants.

Amble towards the delightful amenities in Llanbrynmair, where you can find the Machinations visitor centre which benefits from a café, a children’s play barn, a rabbit village and a shop, so a fun day out can be had by everyone.

Take advantage of the proximity to Snowdonia National Park, and be amazed at the incredible scenery of the Cambrian mountains, while just 40 minutes’ journey in the car can bring you to the seaside at Cardigan Bay, where you can run around the sandy beach or make sandcastles.

Several nature reserves are close by, where you’ll be able to take part in cycling, sailing and fishing and of course plenty of walking trails, with Glyndwr Way just one miles away, and Hafren Forest and Llyn Clywedog being seven miles away.

The bustling town of Machynlleth is 12-miles away, home to a weekly market, local independent businesses and shops, and a variety of eateries to be enjoyed for a spot of lunch or afternoon tea, before hopping on to the Wales Coastal Path which runs through the town.

A delightful setting, Caban Ceirw will be the perfect place to enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
