"Very nice cottage."
There’s everything you need for the stay. The heating in the bathroom is not perfect. You need to wait a while to heat the room. The only problem I would mention is the drive way to the cottage. It is full of holes and quite deep. I would be concerned about the car driving there and back at least twice a day if we didn’t have a SUV. Everything else is quite nice

"Basic apartment very clean, downside dishwasher wasn’t working."
The noise from the upstairs apartment can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper as the bathroom extractor fan above runs on for ever. Enjoyed the stay as this area was new to us, the road into the site is full of pot holes so beware drive slowly.

"Great location for a holiday exploring the Cardigan Bay coastline, around 30 minutes to most beaches including Cardigan, Mwnt, Llangrannog, New Quay."
Hosts were on hand, helpful and very friendly - as were their dogs. Outdoor space was lovely and we spent most of our evenings out there as it was peaceful and good weather. WiFi worked well, the TV is small but worked well although only live TV (no catchup etc). Kitchen could do with some a few extra bits (glasses/ baking trays) but was fine. Water pressure is low but shower worked ok, bath takes a long time to fill. Farm track to the property is in need of repair (large potholes to dodge).
We really enjoyed our week and would return for another stay as it’s a great location to explore the area from. Great hosts - thank you!

"The apartment a converted barn done to a very high spec, the four poster bed is an orthopedic type which suited me fine as i have back problems."
The owners were very friendly, the farm itself is set in a lovely valley and is ideal for walkers and bird watchers with several kinds of birds including red kites, it is also a stud farm with welsh cobs and welsh ponies.
There are plenty of places within reach Carmarthen about forty minutes drive away, further on you have Cardigan, but the one place that is a must is the devils bridge with picnic area cafe and some very nice waterfalls. We had a lovely week at the farm and we will be booking it again next year but it will be for two weeks as there is so much more to see.

"The property was very clean and the hosts seemed very nice."
I think a DVD player would be nice to have as the tv is limited. It had an upstairs property to let, which you can hear them moving around, which was a bit noisy. A car is a must as access is very limited. A good central point to explore Wales from. Devil’s Bridge is a great place to visit as is Dan-yr-Ogof caves. Not far from New Quay. Pubs are limited as they don’t seem to open until late week, so you really have to search. Had a good week.

We have stayed in other 3* cottages and this is far superior. The owners were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay a happy and memorable one. We hope to return in the future.

"Though the flat above is shown in photos now, it wasn't when we booked nor was it mentioned."
There was a lot of noise from above, we could even hear them snoring at night. The shower only put out a dribble of water and the bath took half an hour to run. The wifi was also almost none existent and when we mentioned this to the owner she just shrugged it off which was annoying as we had checked that the wifi was of a decent level before booking as we both had to bring work away with us. We ended up having to go to a cafe in the village and use their wifi.
On a more positive note we found lots of nice places to visit close by so will definitely return to the area though not to this cottage.
