“Comfy cottage , nice location holiday cottage had a washing machine but no tumble dryer and as we had rain all week we ended up going home with damp washing cause things would take ages to dry .”

Also no wardrobes just hooks to hang hangers on witch we found strange . Cooker had Grease on the metal rack and didn’t smell to pleasant. The worrying thing tho was getting a phone call on the day before my holiday from an unknown male advising me channel 4 were going to be filming a documentary home and country on Monday as Thr holiday cottage was for sale !!! I had a poor signal so didn’t call complete the call but it was obvious that someone has shared my details with this unknown male ans I was concerned that they had my address and knew I was away on holiday or they were going to turn up at the cottage !!! Not a nice thought when you just want to relax on holiday . On a positive note the owners and the housekeeper was lovley I had to call them due to the unknown call and they were very helpfull I also spoke to the owner about an issue with the blind in the bedroom and she was lovley . We liked the playroom separate to the living room and the views were lovely . All in all though we had a lovley holiday and there’s plenty to do in the surrounding area for the kids , it was just assame that the weather was abit naff .
