  • “Excellent communication from David on our arrival day.”

He made contacted to inform us there had been a landslide and details to avoid the closure.

He made contacted to inform us there had been a landslide and details to avoid the closure. The property was well maintained, lovely bright and airy and lovely comfortable beds. The summerhouse isn’t in the garden, but just round the corner. We spent many nights eating dinner and watching the sun go down, thoroughly enjoyed. Had a wonderful week here, would highly recommend, would love to return again.

This wonderfully scenic region is known as The Marches and is steeped in history. There is a village shop, two pubs, one with a restaurant, and the area is best known as a popular destination for walkers and mountain bikers because of the Kerry Ridgeway; a gentle 15 mile route through the hills providing remarkable views in all directions (up to 70 miles on clear days)! Discover Montgomery and Powis Castles, the medieval towns of Bishops Castle, Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Machynlleth, and Snowdonia and Brecon Beacons National Parks.
