    Mr Jones

“This cottage is tucked away and is perfect for a quiet retreat, the property is large enough for 8 people, the hot tub is close to the cottage in a little patio area at the back of the property, so you don't have to get to cold when you have had a soak and its not overlooked, there is a small side garden ideal for the dogs but its by no means secure and the owners horses are close by so kept mine on lead.”

    ...

inside the bedrooms are all a good size, the lounge area with the TV is snug for 8 adults but with the large kitchen through the door which also has a long farmhouse kitchen table, plenty big enough for 8, i have to say that the seating at said table are two old church pews and are not comfy at all. over all its lovely. wooden floor boards upstairs can be noisy, but its an old cottage and not a criticism, just letting you know, also in the night time especially in winter time its dark, very dark, so i would advise leaving the outside lights on for your return. Internet is a half descent speed with the TV having a built in Netflix app. Met both the owner and daughter in law, who where lovely and offered advice on where to do and places to see,as well as leaving a bottle of prosecco and some bara brith for us on arrival, incidentally inside the cottage is an array of pamphlets of places to visit, we found the local pub in Llanrhystud called the black lion, very nice and dog friendly. Overall spot on thank you
