  • "FANTASTIC HOLIDAY."

VERY COVID 19 FRIENDLY. The cottage is in an amazing position, away from roads and all noise. The lane to the cottage is a bit bumpy just take it slow. It was extremely peaceful and wonderful to see the stars in the sky at night. Everything you could possibly want is supplied in the cottage. The owners live in the house just below the cottage and are very welcoming and friendly. The walks from the cottage are easy going for the less able and we had plenty of gentle strolls in the sun down to the camp site and the boating and fishing lakes. Highly recommend this cottage and the area.

Cosy yet more spacious than expected. The welcome treats on arrival were a lovely touch. My boys and dog loved the stream. I loved the the peace and quiet. My car didn't love the road!

  • "A wonderful welcome, hospitable but not intrusive."

The cottage is all but perfect, and the location ideal. Great walks straight out in to the hills and a lovely restful place to put your feet up afterwards. Definitely plan to return.

  • "What a lovely cottage in a stunning location."

We were a group of four adults and two children and had more than enough room (the sixth bed was a blow up but was very comfortable)

Cottage was everything you'd hope for and more. This was a last minute booking at Christmas, and turned out to be a super way to enjoy the festivities. The surrounding walks and scenery were stunning, the perfect way to spend Christmas
