The apartment consists of a lovely king-size bedroom, a pretty layout with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, along with pleasant views to wake up to every morning of your stay.

Bathroom is presented with white suite to a quality standard, including shower over the ‘P’ bath with screen and small window with views to surrounding field for that early morning refresh.

Eating and food preparation facilities in the kitchen/diner is situated off the entrance hall, a stylish set up offering the choice of eating in and preparing the breakfast.

The local village of Llanybydder offers both pubs and eatery's, plus a couple of small stores for provisions.

For a wider choice just 10 minutes down the road is the market town of Lampeter, offering a number of small individual quirky shops and cafes, plus two sizeable supermarkets.

A small market town straddling the River Teifi, Llanybydder is a typical old Welsh town with a small selection of shops, including a Post Office, bakers and farmers co-operative, and a few pubs and eating places scattered throughout its streets. It is the focal point for the surrounding farmers, and regularly holds horse sales. The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. Set on the border between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, Llanybydder is perfectly positioned to travel to the county town of Carmarthen with its busy shopping centre, with small individual quirky shops and the well-known high street stores, Merlin's Hill Centre and even a steam railway.
