All of the windows are blown so you can’t see out of most of them because they are misted. The shower heads need attention, one fell whist my son was using it and badly cut his hand. They all need resealing and a good clean. The property overall needs maintenance and a deep clean. Worst of all is the creaking floors and noisy doors which means no one gets a peaceful nights sleep. Beautiful location with badly maintained property.

The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch, the owner was also very responsive before our stay. The hot tub and ping pong table was thoroughly enjoyed by us all, and the property was well equipped. Lovely locals in the village who also took us home after an afternoon at the Red Lion pub ( thank you ). We can’t wait to return in the future, thank you for having us. Only recommendation would be the property could do with some outdoor lights. Thank you again!!

All showers need attention-mould and fittings. Shower head held on with cable tie. Dishwasher pull out trays need replacing. Septic tank caused drainage and smell issues as wasn’t emptied before our arrival. Lovely hosts and always on hand to help and very apologetic with the issues we experienced.

We came for my other halfs 30th. The house is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. The host Sam is really accommodating and welcoming. The little village pub down the road welcomed us crazy northern lot with open arms and even offered to drive us back home. Hot tub wasn't working when we arrived but the host extended our day by two days and got to work as fast as she could to fix it. Definitely come again thankyou.

  • "Full 5 out of 5 overall thanks Sam."

I’ve also confirmed a full suite of smiley faces all round. The following is offered as feedback for consideration in maintaining that standard: - Include a thermal glove for the log burner - it’s alway recommended with such hot surfaces. - several of your roof gutters are blocked and downspouts disconnected needing attention before you suffer property damage. - your customer expectation (if from the City) will be of a more reliable WiFi speed. It may be worth stating it’s limitations. - The Horse storage adjacent to the property may benefit from more secure fencing that a little dog escaping from the property can’t get through. - the living room TV stand is precarious and given it’s a wall mounting fixture isn’t stable or suitable if you had small children in the property. It’s a potential danger. - we missed not having any Outside furniture, assumed it was removed due to high winds. A wooden bench would be an asset for those who like sitting outside staining at the landscape. - both front door and Back door lights didn’t work. - the Cooker extract fan doesn’t extract and the lights are gone All offered to help and none a big deal for our week away. Cheers Ian

few towns within a short drive including Newtown which has anything you may have forgotten as well as a great children's play area, also the beach at ynyslas and borth about an hours drive. The area had a water problem which if the guests would have reported I would of chased, but as they did not contact us with any of these problems nothing could be resolved! We have had no problem with dishes and trays being dirty and if they did look there is a lot available for use. But to stop any further problems more has been bought. Thanks Property Owner

3 mile narrow dirt track which was not mentioned in your listing. My heart was in my mouth every time I'm case we met someone coming the other way...

The road is a single track but is a council road. Fully tarmac! Also plenty of passing places! Yes the road goes up a hill, but does give you beautiful views at the property. I suggest if you don’t like single track roads, the countryside is not for you, as it is full of single track roads. Thanks Property Owner
