  • "We really enjoyed our stay."

An excellent base for exploring nearby towns in mid Wales, Aberdyfi, Tywyn, Machynlleth. The property itself was like being in a private bubble of relaxation. No other properties nearby, with breathtaking views across the mountains. We loved seeing the calf’s come down for their breakfast every morning and watching the abundance of red kites. The property is exceptionally clean, warm and spacious. The heated conservatory was a fantastic place to watch the sunrise, the sunset and enjoy the views.

Thank you so much. Your comments are much appreciated. Also Thank you for leaving the place clean and tidy. Hoping to be able to welcome you back! All the best Ebrill Property Owner

  • "The property was clean and comfortable with fabulous views."

Machynlleth was a short drive away with pubs and good places to eat. The Coop there is large with everything you need. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need doing but nothing that spoiled our stay. The information pack was not the best. It would be good if there was guidance on things like rubbish and recycling. We took ours home. The owners directions were good which made it easy to find. Good holiday!

  • "The property definitely needs a proper sign outside."

We drove past it in to the neighboring farm. The directions to the property are also inadequate. There is also a house with the same name and post code very close which we went to first!!! The house itself was fine but the above mentioned issues caused us a fair bit of stress before we got there.

  • "This is by far one of the cleanest cottages and with a very well equipped kitchens that we have stayed at."

It was lovely to have the basics like kitchen roll and toilet paper provided, we much prefer this to welcome packs. The location is superb, relaxing and wonderfully quiet and isolated.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We take pride in ensuring that the cleaning is of the highest standard, hence we really appreciate your feedback and your appreciation. All the very best to you. Ebrill Property Owner

  • "We had a fantastic time at Cae Gogrydd, despite rather a lot of rain and being blocked in one morning by a fallen tree."

The cottage is absolutely beautiful, and spacious. The views are stunning, and we all enjoyed sitting in the conservatory and watching the lambs playing, kites soaring above the garden, and incredible sunrises. It was a great location for walking, and getting to places like Machynlleth, Aberystwyth and the Devil’s Bridge. Our only disappointments were with the Wifi, which was very intermittent, and the fact we had no drawers in which to put our clothes in the bedrooms. Despite this, we’d love to come again, and thought it was good value for our money!

Thank you for your comments and appreciation of the cottage. Your comments have been noted. The views are stunning and breathtaking, even to us! All the best and thank you. Property Owner

Lots of walks on the door step too. The house had everything we needed and more. Really comfortable and the evenings were made up with sitting in front of the warm fire. Best night sleep I’ve had in ages. Would really recommend to my friends and family to stay here. I’ll be coming back. Michelle
