Enjoying sea views and a convenient location near the beach, and a hub of amenities and attractions, Preselli 3 makes the ideal base for a family seascape, complete with an enclosed veranda, flexible sleeping arrangements, and an open-plan living space.

Park up off-road and travel up the decked veranda, before heading indoors to locate the living space, complete with a traditional, yet well-equipped kitchen, dining for six guests, and a sweeping corner sofa with a gas fire for warmth on cooler evenings; use this space to prepare meals, dine, socialise, and catch up on your favourite programmes upon the Smart TV.

On warmer evenings, dine alfresco upon the veranda with a glass of wine in hand, before completing your nightly routine in the bathroom.

Select from three bedrooms, including two doubles with TVs, and a twin; all feature ample storage to make yourself at home.

Come morning, head for the town centre where you can stock up on the essentials or dine out at one of the many eateries in the area including the New Quay Yacht Club, The Pepper Pot Bar and Grill, and The Old Watch House, enjoying coastal vistas.

For attractions, stroll along Cei Bach Beach, before reaching New Quay Beach, perfect for watersports at the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre, or the opportunity to board a Dolphin Spotting Boat Trip.

Follow the coast around down to Penbryn Beach, or the breath-taking landscape of Tresaith Waterfall, ahead of touring Cardigan and its castle, overlooking River Teifi, hike across Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve, or head to the viewing point of the Welsh Wildlife Centre.

Box off your getaway by discovering Aberystwyth, its bustling waterfront, teeming with amenities, and its sweeping shoreline, or head to Aberystwyth Castle Grounds, and the Amgueddfa Ceredigion Museum, where you can brush up on your local knowledge, ahead of returning home to New Quay.

Experience all of this at Preselli 3.

About the location

NEW QUAY

Lampeter 12 miles; Cardigan 20 miles; Aberystwyth 24 miles.

This delightful seaside town is one of the most popular holiday resorts all year round, and it is easy to see why when you stroll along the sea edge and enjoy the beautiful views. The lovely range of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs offer all you need, while boat trips are a wonderful opportunity to spot the playful dolphins, seals and other rare animals and birds that inhabit the bay's sheltering waters. For the hands-on members of your party why not try sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating with expert tuition available? The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls.
