The property

Towyn Hall is a beautifully presented, detached cottage located in the pretty, seaside town of New Quay, Sir Ceredigion, located just a short walk to the beach where you can sample local eateries right on the shore front.

With a contemporary interior, off-road parking and an enclosed patio garden to the rear, you have all you need for a well-earned, relaxing break.

This is the ideal location for making the most of a family beach holiday, with wonderful opportunities to spot dolphins on organised boat trips and try a myriad of watersports.

From the front entrance, you will arrive at the beautiful sitting room, which is kept warm in winter by the woodburning stove, the ideal place to unwind with a book or your favourite shows on TV.

Cook up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen to the rear of the cottage and get everyone together around the dining table in the sunroom for an evening feast followed by refreshing drinks and late-night chats.

There is an additional cosy snug/living area downstairs that has a comfy sofa and an additional TV.

Upstairs is where you will find the well-presented bedrooms and family bathroom, perfect for a deep soak in the tub before getting ready for bed.

There is one double room, playing host to its very own en-suite shower room, following a twin room that can be a super-king-room followed by a twin and a bunk bedroom (suitable for adults), ideal for all sorts of groups looking to get away for a while.

Choose to sit out on the quiet patio on a warm summer's evening with a drink or relax in the hot tub suitable for 8 people.

Head into town to find a range of shops, pubs and eateries and enjoy the breath-taking views as you stroll along the waterfront.

Journey on one of the boat trips for an adventure on the sea, spotting dolphins, seals and all kinds of rare birds flying overhead.

Try out sailing or kayaking and enjoy many day trips to the surrounding beaches, the National Trust's Penbryn or find yourselves exploring the glorious landscape scenery over the Preseli Hills.

A short walk to Foel Eryr offers its 360-degree panorama, with views across the sea to Ireland and Snowdonia on a clear day.

Spend the day at Aberystwyth with its Cliff Railway and even discover all the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park has to offer further south.

Towyn Hall is a fabulous retreat for a memorable holiday to the coast.
