The property

Aberaeron 3.6 miles.

Arfor is a charming, semi-detached cottage set in the beautiful, quiet surroundings of Oakford, just outside the coastal town of Aberaeron.

With countryside strolls, family outtings at the beach and a plethora of attractions to discover nearby, how can you miss an opportunity at this delightful homestay?

It is ideal for families and friends looking to spend some quality tie together.

Step into the welcoming sitting room and wrap yourselves around the woodburner, where you can spend cozy evenings in.

Enjoy the snug with its own TV - perfect for relaxing after a bracing walk along the seafront.

The well-equipped kitchen leads into a delightful conservatory with a dining area, where you can gather at mealtimes, or to discuss plans for the day ahead.

At the end of a venturesome day, you have three bedrooms to choose from, as well as a sofa bed.

There is also a bathroom and ground floor shower room to cater to your needs each morning and evening.

Step out into the colourful enclosed garden, which is adjacent to an SSSI full of rare birds, butterflies and polecats.

Wonderful countryside walks can be enjoyed right from the doorstep, giving you plenty of opportunities to watch the array of wildlife, from the tiniest of wrens to large birds of prey soaring overhead.

The beautiful Welsh coastline is just a short drive away, where boat trips take you to spot playful dolphins and seals.

Perhaps even try some lessons in sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating.

There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, great eating places and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats come and go. Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy boat trips and watersports, or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
