    “Holmwood is an amazing cottage!”

My wife and I and our two daughters had the a fantastic week there. The cottage is immaculate and welcoming. The garden is fantastic and the girls played in it every day. The heating via two log burning stoves, an AGA and central heating ensured that we were never cold. The owners have kindly left a wide selection of books and board games that we used throughout the week. There is plenty of storage space for bikes and they have a fantastic washing machine so we didn't end up going home with bags full of dirty washing! The views from every room are amazing and the shower is fantastic. Overall I would highly recommend Holmwood for a family holiday. We had the most mazing time there and as two professionals in quite stressful jobs it was just what we needed in order to relax. By day 2 we had both forgotten about work and just enjoyed the comforts Holmwood offered. We hope to visit again in the future.
