  • "The cottage needed some tic in the kitchen in so much as needed better pots n pans etc."

There could be more information on recycling. Definitely needs WiFi . Leaflets on things to do locally would be nice.

  • "The location of this cottage is spectacular."

If you like solitude and beautiful views then this is the place for you. The cottage is extremely cosy and comfortable. This is my second time at the cottage and I intend to book again. My feedback marking is reflective of the price paid for the week. Well worth it for the amount paid.

  • "Hi, just arrived back from buzzard cottage in wales, the cottage was lovely, in a beautiful location."

very peaceful and quiet. The only drawback was it rained heavily during our stay and the cottage had a few leaks which actually wrecked some of our belongings. I cleaned the mess up and reported it to the owners (both lovely people), their reply was that they were aware of the leaks and were awaiting it to be fixed. This is all well and good but did not help me when having to try and recover some of my belongings. I estimate i lost approximately £35 worth of goods i had taken into the cottage with me, as you can imagine i wasnt very pleased with this.

  • "The location of the cottage is idyllic."

If you like nature and beauty this is the place to be. Furthermore, the cottage itself is extremely comfortable, roomy and full of character. There is a delightful outside area in which to sit and relax. As I had the perfect weather I was able to eat outside on several occasions. The little town of Dolgellau is lovely with plenty of places to eat. The proprietors of the cottage were extremely helpful and a slight hiccup I had on arrival was very swiftly dealt with. I enjoyed this stay so much that one of the first things I did on arriving back home was to book again for next year.

  • "I have been to this property before and find it's location excellent, if you like out of the way places, which I do."

It's very peaceful and relaxing there. The cottage is only a few miles from Dolgellau and not far from the coast, although access is by narrow single lane roads. It is an excellent property if you have a dog, as there is an enclosed garden and lots of walking from the door step. Everything is provided and the heating is good. Great views from the rear window and if you walk about. Good off-road parking for two vehicles.
