  • "It did not in any way detract from the enjoyment of our holiday but the shower rail in the en-suite bathroom needs securing."

We have enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment with everything we needed to hand. The trains arriving and leaving the station became very much part of the the enjoyment of this holiday.

Many thanks for your positive feedback and we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in our "pad". Apologies for the loose shower rail - which is now fixed. Kind Regards Rose & Jeff Property Owner

  • "This is our 2nd year here and will be booking again."

The only things that we feel are needed and lacking is a teapot and cups and a large bread knife as our family like artisan breads that you cut yourself. Thank you for a lovely week again in your house.

Thanks for the great feedback and glad you enjoyed your visit and we appreciate your suggestions! Teapot, cups and knife will be there within a fortnight! Kind Regards Rosie & Jeff Property Owner

  • "The property is in a good position and the views over the Marina are lovely."

The property was reasonably clean but before I could sit on the balcony I had to clean the chairs of cobwebs and scrub the table; not a very good start to the holiday. My daughter, who slept in the front bedroom said the road was noisy. In the information it states that we could park a car by the side of the property, which we did and that there were 2 allocated parking spots in the car park. Due to the inconsiderate parking of other people my daughter had trouble getting her car in the car park. There was no allocated parking with the numbers of the 8 properties, just get in if you can.

  • "A wonderful property , which is immaculate and spotlessly clean."

A great location to sit out and watch the world go by . The property backs on to a railway station , and is situated on a main road , but the noise didn't trouble us at all .One of the nicest properties that we have ever stayed in , in the U.K. The attention to detail , and top quality furnishings , is what makes it so special .

  • "From the minute we approached the property and parked in the private drive to the side of the property we knew we had made the right choice with 1 Marina View."

Opening the front door we were met with two immaculate ground floor bedrooms ( one double one twin) furnished to a high standard and the twin room with large en suite with bath and over head shower. Making our way to the first floor we were immediately greeted with an impressive lounge diner with views across the harbour and to the left a vista of the Snowdon mountain ranges. On this floor we also had another shower room and toilet which once again was immaculately decorated and spotless. Large flat screen TV, Blu Ray player provided all the multi media entertainment needed and the kitchen diner area had everything you needed, again immaculate. Shops and a few bars within a short walking distance (200m) and the likes of Portmadoc and Abersoch a short distance away. The property is a credit to the owners and the high standard they keep with decor and furnishings.... if you book this property you won’t be disappointed..!!! Look forward to returning in the near future. Neil & Bev Jay Chester
