  • "2 Eryn Fryn in Pwllheli is bright, comfortable, warm and well furnished."

It is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the town centre, on a quiet street with off-road parking. Lots of hot water and a heating system that was easy to operate. I have already suggested to Sykes Cottages that the kitchen could be better supplied, with more pots, utensils, rubbish bags and domestic cleaning agents but that is easily rectified and I am sure it will be done. Otherwise, 10 out of 10. Jerry

  • "Amazing place - totally relaxed and peaceful environment so close to the centre of the Town."

A fantastic base to discover the whole Lleyn Peninsula from. If it's available book it! Had an issue with the smoke alarm battery (they have to run out some time) and the owners were on site within 15 minutes with the battery replaced. That is Customer Service.

  • "Great property in the town of Pwllheli."

Walking distance to shops, the beach and restaurants. Two parking spaces which is great as would be difficult to find parking nearby. The property location is a great base and close to other towns to explore on the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. Great pub at the end of the road The Whitehart which did a great Sunday lunch but need to book. I contacted the owner to arrange high chair etc and to check facilities, the owner was polite and responded quickly. The only issue we had was on the listing it advises stair gates available on request however when I contacted the owner they did not have any stair gates. It would be good to have stair gates available for this property which is over 4 floors. Overall it is a great property in a great location and would definitely recommend.

  • "Fabulous, spacious house quiet location but within walking distance of the centre of Pwllheli - we used it as a base to get around the Llyn Peninsula and for that it was perfect."

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well kitted out with everything we needed. Lovely welcome gift and simple flower display in the kitchen was beautiful.
