  • "Lovely apartment."

    I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great base for me walking the coast path of the Llyn peninsula. Lovely views, comfortable and well equipped. I did find the bed in the main bedroom awkward because its so low and I'm fairly fit. A boat was partially blocking access to the car parking space. Fortunately I drive a very small car so it wasn't a big problem but it could be for those with a larger vehicle. Overall I would recommend the apartment.

  • "It was a good stay great location superb view but very disappointed that the swimming pool was not in use."

    The listing even has images of the pool. We only found out when we arrived. Would think twice about booking again as it is misleading.

  • "We had a lovely holiday,f very relaxing, flat 14 was as described clean and comfortable."

    Only niggle was when we came to use the Hoover the bag was full,and the filter had a layer of dust at least an inch thick ,it peeled of in one layer.I don't think it had been empted in a while.

  • "The apartment was as expected and furnished in a way that makes it more like a home rather than a hotel suite - even if some of the decoration was a little on the "girly" side as was the selection of DVDs, but I did not bool the apartment to watch DVDs."

    The bed (in the sea facing room) was only 1 foot off the floor so it might be an issue for those with mobility issues. It was very comfortable though. The parking space, whilst always available was a bit of a faff to get into - even with my modestly sized hatchback. A bigger vehicle is most certainly going to impinge on the neighbouring space. The swimming pool was great and was one of the major factors in my choice of Apartment 14 as was the sauna and steam room - once I'd found how to switch them on and off. As a resort, Pwllheli is not Blackpool, but it is nice for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of my usual area, and best of all - no seagulls! A great apartment and one I hope to return at some point in the future.

  • "The apartment is in a great location with fabulous views from both balconies with Cardigan bay right on the doorstep."

    We were met and shown around and were very pleased by the nautical decor and spotless condition. We had a great week with plenty of fabulous walks and interesting historic sites and towns to explore

  • "The apartment was advertised as on the 2nd floor with lift access and over only one floor."

    This is not the case and bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. These stairs are not easy to negotiate especially for a 84 year old with heart failure. We choose this apartment in the main as to the fact there were no stairs and even though there is a bed settee downstairs the bathrooms are upstairs. We were advised of the change of check in times which we fully appreciated due to the current situation only to arrive to be told that the cleaners had been sacked and the key holder had “done his best” to clean the apartment. Although the apartment was not dirty it certainly wasn’t of a standard acceptable in the current situation. He also advised that the dish washer was not working which given the current situation is far from acceptable. He explained that the dishwasher had not been repaired due to the apartment being occupied but to our knowledge it was empty for most of Thursday and all of Friday until we arrived. A minor issue is the wi if is not working satisfactory. Had we not been misled on the issue of the stairs and the general lack of cleanliness the apartment is of a high standard and a delightful holiday stay .

    Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention regarding the description of apartment. This was an oversight has now been amended to state that the apartment is over two floors. The partnership with the previous cleaning firm has unfortunately been ceased however a new cleaning firm has appointed. The dishwasher is due to be repaired, unfortunately it has not been possible to arrange for an engineer up to attend up to now as the property has been fully booked. We are not aware of any issues with the Wi-Fi but we will continue to monitor this. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope you enjoyed your stay at Apartment 14. Property Owner

Found on the second floor of a group of apartments in the West End Point complex, Apartment 14 overlooks the beautiful beach of Pwllheli, whether you’re viewing it from the sitting room balcony or one of the two double bedrooms, these wonderful views offer a scenic experience.

The sitting room is not only a fantastic place to observe scenery, it also offers an excellent area to kick back and relax, bright and white, and hosting a television with a DVD player, and a wide selection of books and games, this room is truly the hub of the house where the whole family can get together to spend some quality time together as the sea breeze fills the room from the balcony doors.

The kitchen is fit with a dining area and is a great place for a pit stop in the evenings, head to the supermarket nearby and pick out some traditional Welsh foods before heading home for some alfresco dining, or treat yourself to an experience in one of the beachfront eateries right on your doorstop; boasting delightful foods from a variety of cuisines, they offer delicious delights as well as even more magnificent views.

Whilst on the coast, Pwllheli beach makes a perfect day trip for all the family, including the dog, take a walk along the promenade and watch the boats set sail, or even have a go at sailing yourself at the sailing club, or visit the marina, one of the finest yachting venues in Western Britain, it makes the perfect place to see spectacular scenery and boats like no other.
