  • "Beautiful apartment with uninterrupted views of Llyn and Snowdonia."

Has everything you'd need and is spacious and plush. Parking is just across the road or outside the property and it's peaceful and convenient for the town and beach. Would strongly recommend. Was a bit confused by the bed linen situation as it advertises that bedlinen and towels are provided however, having read on here that they weren't I double checked, Sykes were saying they were but had a text message saying they weren't. Having double checked with Sykes that that's what was in my contract when booking it was agreed to provide them. However, we did only have 1 hand towel and no bath mat which on a slippery tiled floor isn't ideal. This would be my only criticism. We would definitely return and would recommend.

  • "Great apartment and location."

The apartment is very well kitted and and very clean. My only criticism is that we were informed only a few days before that we had to bring our own bedding and towels, which was very inconvenient. Apparently this is due to Covid, even though other rental establishments don't have this policy. The property description does state that bedding and towels are provided. Have not been offered a refund for the cost of the laundry.

The apartment was large and had everything in it you could want it was clean and comfortable we had a lot of noise from above when they had visitors with young children and then they left the children with there grandparents and the only thing we couldn't use was the dvd player there was no instructions for it and we coud'nt use it but overall it was good

  • "The Owners keep the property in general good condition."

Being Caretakers for our sons holiday let, we appreciate the trust give to the cleaners to ensure everything is up to the required standard. On this occasion I feel we should mention that there was no soap in either dispenser in the en-suites, and the toilet roll holder was off the wall in 1 en-suite and no dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. These are only minor points but feel the owners should be made aware to maintain their generally high standard.
