The property

This three bedroom penthouse suite, is located in the modern West End Point complex, overlooking the beach at Pwllheli.

Sea views lace every room and this retreat is perfect for families, courtesy of its child friendly features.

On the first floor you will arrive at a single bedroom with a pull out bed, classically styled and adjoined to a lovely en-suite shower room.

A master bedroom is a signature part of the layout and overlooks the beach, so you can feel relaxed going to sleep, and refreshed on the wake up.

The en-suite hosts both a bath and shower to suit your preferences.

Wander up to the second floor with more to see.

The kitchen is a charming place to prepare your favourite meals and is home to a breakfast bar for those early morning cups of tea, planning your adventures for the day.

A small table is tucked into the layout for an added extra.

Perfect for the children - a modern style double bunk bed with an overhead single also rests on this floor, along with a family bathroom.

The third floor is where you will want to be, home to a spacious open plan sitting room with a corner leather sofa, calming accessories and a light and airy dining area for those social evenings with your loved ones.

The fourth floor presents a pyramid glass conservatory with cane furniture and a sun deck where you can be at peace with the outside scenery once more.

If you can steer yourself away from the location, stroll into the market town of Pwllheli referred to as "the Capital of the Lleyn Peninsula" with its multi-million pound Marina along with an excellent choice of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Escape into the delights of this retreat and its breath-taking surroundings.
