  • "A very nice apartment in a great location."

An enjoyable stay. One suggestion - the listing says roadside parking is available. This is generally true but not always. Maybe there could be a parking permit for the pay and display bays opposite which would prevent competing with local residents for parking.

Thank you for your feedback and great suggestion which we have taken on board. Glad you had a lovely stay Property Owner

  • "The apartment was lovey."

Think the owners should leave products and appliances for any spillages on kitchen floor and bathroom. We felt the floor could have done with a much better clean. The shower had no power. There was No instructions as to access the bins or garden for disposing general waste. We found out on the last day when the gardener was there to cut the grass which ideally should have been done prior to arrival so we were able to enjoy it. Over all we enjoyed our stay these improvements would have made it better.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems our guest services book has gone astray. Thank you for bringing these things to our attention and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay Property Owner

  • "Tir a Mor was a lovely modern and clean apartment with great views of the sea ."

It has great facilities... the only thing which was missing was an ironing board and iron . Great location if you are a keen golfer ,enjoy walking your dog on the beach and visiting Criccieth, Abersoch , Harlech and Porthmadog. I would definitely recommend staying at the apartment

  • "We were very disappointed with our stay and did let the owner know that we were so disappointed we left a day early."

Room was advertised as pet friendly and even though we had our dog out most of the time we received a missed call and text messages saying he had received complaints from neighbors. Even when we had only been out without the dog for 45 minutes. We felt uncomfortable and not welcome. The person in ground floor flat was constantly shutting door even when we hadn’t all arrived back to apartment. She was very rude indeed. I made no complaints about this and nor did I complain about the racket from the child above us. You just get on with these short episodes. The carpets in apartment were not very clean I cleaned them myself. The kitchen was sparse. Sink blocked. No instructions at all for bins etc or local activities. We’ve stayed so many times in apartments and cottages and never had to complain

  • "I contacted Sykes upon arrival at Tir a Mor to let them know that the property had NOT been cleaned or beds made."

However this was resolved quickly, cleaned etc by 7:00 pm. Disappointed that we could not open the front windows as it was very warm during our stay. Fans were provided, pity the large one was still in it's box awaiting assembly. On return I sent an e-mail to Sykes to point out the points raised but have had no reply. DISSAPOINTED in Sykes.

We’re really sorry about the oversight from the cleaners. We had hoped that an apology from us and the bottle of wine would have gone some way to making up for this. Property Owner
