The property

Carreg Wen is a family holiday house in Pwllheli that offers wonderful views out across the sea from the sitting room and balcony.

Sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by and the ebb and flow of the tide.

Just delightful with a glass of wine or a morning cuppa.

Bliss!

The sitting room has sofas and chairs around a gas flame effect fire, a TV and DVD player for entertainment.

There are also doors opening out onto the balcony. The kitchen has a cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and toaster.

To one side is a small table and chairs, ideal for breakfast.

There is also a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs seating up to six people. The ground floor has a loo, wash basin and shower. There are four bedrooms in total.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with single bed.

On the second floor there is a double, a twin bedroom and a further bedroom with single bed with a pull out bed underneath for the occasional visitor. On the second floor is a shower room with loo, bidet and wash hand basin. At the back of the house is an enclosed garden laid to lawn with shrubs.

A balcony off the sitting area has garden furniture for sitting out on and enjoying the fresh air and the sea views.

There is also parking for two cars. Carreg Wen is in Pwllheli, a busy marina town on the Llyn Peninsula.

There is a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from.

All of this and the marina are within walking distance of the holiday apartment.

There is also a leisure centre and a cinema, so there are things to do should you find yourself with a rainy afternoon!
