    “Lovely flat in Aberaeron”

This is a lovely flat, clean, warm and well equipped. The property is a good size for 2 and the private garden is very peaceful. It is accessed via steps so less suited to the mobility impaired. The only negative was that we could hear the family above walking around, which did impact on sleep quality.

The property

This lovely garden flat has been modernised to an excellent standard, sitting on the outskirts of Aberaeron, a town widely appreciated for its beautiful sea views.

Whether you are planning a romantic trip or a short break away from it all, this retreat is perfectly suited for two, all-year-round.

The open-plan living area is divided into a comfortable lounge, featuring a sumptuous sofa where you can snuggle up in front of the TV and spend some quality time together.

A small breakfast table is located by the window, a nice spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the early hours, adjacent to a contemporary kitchen matched accordingly with black units and white appliances.

Prepare those home-cooked meals and settle down in comfort after the sun sets, a cosy formation to make yourselves right at home.

From here, double doors open up to the bedroom, which will become your own little haven for a peaceful night’s sleep, soothingly styled and complete with a wardrobe for your belongings.

The en-suite shower room goes hand-in-hand with this; a classic suite thoughtfully designed and tied together with pastel-coloured walls.

After readying yourself for the day ahead, stroll out to the enclosed lawn garden and patio area, a charming place to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Aberaeron is perfectly positioned for boat trips and water sports, or coastal and countryside walks as well as cycle rides.

Short drives to Cardigan to the South, or Aberystwyth to the North offer more shops, craft centres, museums, a cinema or theatre visits.

Bus stops are directly outside the property that go down to the town and on to Aberystwyth,Cardigan and Lampeter in the other direction.

There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, restaurants and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats go by.

A pleasant retreat in a homely part of Wales.
