The cottage is so spacious, the beds are super comfy and the countryside around is spectacular. We arrived and saw Squirrels, a Jay, kites and birds of prey flying above. The lounge double doors allow you to sit in the warmth of the cottage and view all the joys of mother nature. No of us wanted to leave. The only thing that I was disappointed about was I wasn't able to have a bath as the water didn't remain warm enough to do so but all the wonderful things about the cottage override that. We wanted to leave a message in the guest book but couldn't find a pen. The Welsh caskes and the wine were also a lovely touch, especially as we were celebrating my 50th birthday. Reviewed by DionneOct 2021 "Lovely bungalow, with beautiful views and very peaceful." Clean and well equipped. We will definitely return. Much appreciated the owner’s Welcome pack of wine, milk, delicious home made Welsh cakes, fresh flowers. A filled bird feeder outside kitchen window also provided us with entertainment, watching birds and squirrels antics whilst feeding. A holiday information pack would be useful - e.g more information on how to use all of the facilities, refuse collection day, useful telephone numbers, local eateries/places to visit/shops and supermarkets nearby etc. Reviewed by KevinOct 2021 "Lovely bungalow 4 good sized bedrooms, huge comfortable living room, overlooking fields and hills in the distance." Best patio anyone could wish for ,watching red kites during the day, wonderful sunsets and excellent stargazing at night(weather permitting. ) Hope to be back again soon Reviewed by StephenOct 2021 "The cottage was lovely, very clean, accessible with outstanding views." we all agreed that just a little bit more thought regarding fittings would have made for a more comfortable visit etc; More coat hangers ( only enough per room for one person). In two of the bedrooms a wall mirror and small shelf would have helped. Internal recycle bins or boxes. Plus double up on crockery and cutlery and larger pans for cooking as this cottage sleeps 8.
