  • “We had a fantastic stay!”

The house is well equipped & there's loads of room, there were 5 adults & 3 teenagers. The beds were very comfortable. Chris kept the hot tub in great condition & wasn't intrusive at all. He was quick to answer any questions we had. The Alexa was a nice touch. A great place, we would definitely recommend

The property

Newtown 12.1 miles.

An impressive detached dwelling resting in an extremely idyllic position, Brookside provides a beautiful base for a family or group of friends in pursuit of a relaxing retreat.

Boasting an exceptional interior, with its countryside views and scenic brook running through the garden, along with a stylish and spacious interior, there's no better base from which to explore Wales.

Enter the open-plan living space and be amazed at the beauty of the room; gather around the dining table, a centre island separating the stylish kitchen from the sitting area, and pour a refreshing glass of fizz as you toast to your adventures to come.

The white and glossy kitchen is a true delight for the designated chef of the group, with a good selection of high-quality appliances, you'll have no trouble in preparing feasts, from on-the-go picnics to that all-time family favourite.

Carry your conversations through to the sitting area, the large windows letting in an abundance of natural light creating bright and airy settings to unwind, while the woodburning stove offers a homely aura and welcoming warmth in the winter months.

The five beautiful bedrooms are spaced out in a variety of spots, giving everyone a private space to wind down in in the evenings; on the ground-floor is a twin bedroom, ideal for the little ones of the group, whilst upstairs is an impressive super-king-size, a king-size with its own Juliet balcony, perfect for the summer months, and a final double, each offering a snug setting and ample storage space for all of your personal belongings.

Guests are benefitted by both a ground-floor shower room and an impressive bathroom with both a bath and a separate double walk-in shower, so you can choose how best to prepare for your day.

The fifth and final bedroom sits in a private annexe to the rear of the property; a king size bedroom with its own shower room and a games room housing a pool table, this spot is perfect for a pair seeking a quiet escape away from the excitement of the group.

The wonder of the property continues outside, with a hot tub sitting on the lawned area, you can sit here and truly soak in your countryside surroundings, with the brook creating a calming essence on your tranquil retreat; light up the barbecue to end the evening with alfresco dining, a lovely way to create everlasting memories with your loved ones.
