Everything u needed was supplied (and more).lovely welcome from Allwena.Beautiful location overlooking the sea . Spent Christmas there. Lovely little touches about the appartment for Christmas even a Christmas card from the owners . Loved it so much we have booked for July 2024 whilst on our stay !

Apartment was lovely , spacious and well decked out with everything you would need . Clean and fresh , with a view that was beautiful. Luckily we had exceptionally hot weather whilst we were there and the apartment was very hot, a fan would have been very welcome ( just a thought for future summers ! ) not a criticism!! Also just a quick nip into town for provisions and also to eat out there was a Wetherspoons and pubs . Also some great takeaways to choose from Nanas kebabs were amazing . The view from balcony was lovely and we enjoyed relaxing on an evening taking in the view . We had an amazing week in the fab weather on the beach just across the road . Thanks so much

  • "Lovely greeting and run through of the property by Alwenna who made us feel most welcome."

The apartment is in an ideal location for the Llyn peninsula giving easy access to so many places of interest. We enjoyed Portmeirion Village, Abersoch, the Blaenau Ffestiniog railway and many more attractions. The apartment was well equipped and good value for money. My only suggestions for making it better would to give a little more focus to cleaning and to put a new mattress on the double bed in the back bedroom to replace the old mattress with the piece of foam sponge covering it. Overall an enjoyable holiday.

Pwllheli is an ideal base from which to explore the whole of the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. After spectacular interesting coastal & inland walks, this was extremely relaxing accommodation to return to. We look forward to our third visit.

It was so much more than we anticipated. The view is breathtaking and the apartment well appointed, containing everything we needed for a week of relaxation. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional and Alwenna was a delight to communicate with. We are a family of 4 and found the apartment spacious enough. It’s so centrally located and a good base for all the main attractions on the Llyn Peninsula. We would most definitely stay here again.

The lift to the property was great bonus! View from the bedroom and lounge was great even on a dull day you can watch the waves!! We had a great week at 12 View Point only points to note were the bed is a queen and a bit small for two “big” people, the fire alarm went off twice in the early hours 4-5 am during our stay. The intercom system didn’t work so we had to use mobiles to contact each other as only one set of keys. You need to book early if you want to eat out in Pwllheli as everywhere was fully booked!!

The only drawback was when there were high winds at night the whole of the bedroom window panel was vibrating and moving, and in time this could blow in, so on these nights we had to go into the other bedroom to get to sleep. But on the whole it was a lovely place to stay, with only a short walk into the small town.

Stunning views from bedroom and open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. So much thought has gone into making this place a real home from home. Spotlessly clean. The pool was an added bonus! The outside areas of the block are in need of tlc as lots of litter, weeds etc . Sadly, Pwllheli town is not as fabulous as the accommodation.

  • "It is a very comfortable and clean apartment with beautiful sea views."

The apartment is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. There are lot's of little seaside touches around the apartment which compliment the beachy vibe. We liked to sleep with the balcony doors open so we could listen to the waves. The only real negatives are en-suite shower which could do with the tiles being re-grouted as lots of black marks in between the tiles and where the bottom of the screen meets the shower tray which was off-putting. The main bathroom is quite tired looking as well. If the bathrooms were refurbished I'd say that this would feel more like a luxury apartment. The town of Pwllheli itself doesn't have a huge amount going on although there is a weekly market. The beach is very rocky but good for an evening stroll. It's a great base to discover North Wales. We highly recommend Portmeirion and Abersoch Town and beach. All in all our family of 4 had a great stay for our first visit to Wales. Shame the indoor pool, sauna & gym were not accessible due to COVID-19 restrictions.
